Overview

Consult America is an integrated information technology consulting company. Consult America has currently embarked on a promising Human Resource Information System application development called TEKRecruiters that consists of the following components:

  • Application Tracking System – ATS
  • Client Tracking System – CTS
  • Vendor Management – VMS
  • Payroll Management System – PMS
  • Financial Management System – FMS

This is a multiyear project where the following teams will coordinate the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). The project uses Agile Methodologies and Waterfall method.

Specific Skills
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Cloud based programming experience is desired
Responsible For
  • Extensive technical experience with requirements analysis efforts for large scale successful IT system implementations.
  • Requirements analysis experience with identifying services and defining processing requirements in a SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) environment is a must.
  • Business Process Modeling experience to visualize, document, model and analyze business processes for understanding and process execution in a SOA environment is a must.
  • Experience eliciting requirements that lead to identification of business rules is required.
  • Demonstrated experience with handling requirements elicitation efforts spanning diverse, large and geographically disparate stakeholder sets using RAD/JAD techniques.
  • Proven ability to document and progressively elaborate requirements using use-cases; to develop general user requirements, detailed functional requirements and system specifications.
  • Proven experience with the following tool sets: Rational Requisite Pro, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Visio
  • Demonstrated experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Rational Unified Process (RUP).
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing (including e-mail) at a professional level and to distill complex technical and management data to a laypersons understanding with conciseness, clarity, and accuracy.
  • Ability to organize complex concepts in written or presentation formats.
  • Ability to clearly present information, verbally and in writing, to audiences of diverse technical backgrounds. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, innovative and creative.
  • Ability to use Microsoft office suite for creating documents, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations for analysis often with no template or guide.
  • Experience in marketing portal analysis and programming is required
  • Oracle Database Design and Administering experience is required
Additional Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in technology consulting environment is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 3 years in System Analysis is required
Educational Requirements
  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • 3 Years of Programming and System Analysis is required
  • Software Development Lifecycle – SDLC Training is required
  • Software Testing Lifecycle Training is required
