Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Systems Analyst to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will analyze existing computer systems and procedures, identify areas for improvement, and design technology solutions that support business objectives. This is a key role that requires both technical expertise and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Consult with management and end users to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, develop, and implement new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
Conduct testing and validation of systems to ensure they meet specifications and performance standards.
Prepare technical reports, user manuals, and system documentation.
Collaborate with software developers, network architects, and IT support teams.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Ensure solutions comply with data security and privacy regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a systems analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with systems design, databases, and programming languages such as SQL, Java, or Python.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with business process mapping and workflow analysis is a plus.
Knowledge of ERP systems, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity is desirable.
